Well, it appears as though Sara Lee the coffee giant has decided to up its sustainable coffees by 30% in 2009. In a news release, Sara Lee said they would be Sourcing 26,500 Tons of Sustainable Coffee in 2009 - A tenfold Increase in Five Years, 30% Increase Compared to This Calendar Year.
