Used Probat L5 For Sale
There is a used Probat L5 up for sale for people wishing to begin a coffee roasting venture. Probat is one of the best known and oldest companies manufacturing of coffee roasters. The machine has a maximum batch capacity of 5kg, or 11 pounds of green coffee. Built in 1986, this machine has served us very well in establishing our coffee roasting business, and after installing a Probat L25, we have put our old Probat L5 into storage.
This coffee roaster is for sale ‘As Is’. Some restoration work may be required to better is physical appearance. The roaster is in working order and is ready to be used. Some spare parts come with the roaster such as cooling arm brushes, extra drive belts and more.
Also included with the roaster is venting required to vent the exhaust from the roasting process through the roof of the building.

I have a 1969 L5 that I am trying to convert to propane. I am also having a hard time tracking down the cooling arm belt. Do you have any vendors that supply these parts? Thank you for your time.

Is the Probalt L5 still available? Where is it located? May I please know the price and year of fabrication of the machine?
